Volunteer applications for Science Alive! Aug 3+ 4 2024 are now open.
Applications close: Friday 12th July 2024
Science Alive! is held at The Adelaide Showground over two days every year.
Our volunteers are important to us. By volunteering at Science Alive!, you'll be helping to make sure new & old science enthusiasts have an awesome experience whilst getting your own science fix!
A couple of things to know before you start:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a current SA working with children check
- Have AMAZING customer service skills
- LOVE science or all things STEM related
- Be happy to chat and smile a LOT
- Work with others or on your own
- Preference will be given to people who are able to volunteer over both weekend operational days.
You can expect to receive an induction upon arrival, your own Science Alive! t-shirt from our 2024 event, a lunch voucher and a whole lot of thanks from our visitors and staff.
Successful candidates will be contacted by our team within 3 business days of receiving your application.
